Need to RETURN something?
- Subject line should say: "RETURN REQUEST: Order (your order # here)
- Which item(s) from your order, you wish to return
- Why you want to return the item(s)
Once received, we will refund you the cost of your item(s) minus shipping and return shipping.
Need to EXCHANGE something?
- Follow the instructions above, but mention in the email, that you wish to exchange.
- Go ahead and purchase the item you DO want from our website!
- Once we get your return, we'll refund you (minus) shipping, and in the meantime, your new order will be shipped out to you
- If your exchange purchase is a higher price than your initial purchase (for example, we have a limited promotion running) we will ONLY refund the initial purchase price.
PLEASE don't just ship your item back - we MUST handle returns this way. If you do ship things back yourself, we WILL have to charge you for shipping, and we can't guarantee a refund on your items.
- You can return products (purchased from our site only - in person, and independent retailers excluded) within 14 days of delivery (pre-sale exceptions, final sale exceptions), as long as it still has tags on it, and is unworn, new, pet hair and odor-free.
- All orders on out-of-season clearance are FINAL
- If your initial purchase is at a different price than your exchange purchase (for example, we have a limited promotion running) we will ONLY refund the initial purchase price.
- No refunds will be given on sale items, but you may exchange for a different size/style
