Need to RETURN something?

Click HERE to email us your request.  Include the following:
  • Subject line should say: "RETURN REQUEST: Order (your order # here)
  • Which item(s) from your order, you wish to return
  • Why you want to return the item(s)
We'll then send you a shipping label for your return. 
Once received, we will refund you the cost of your item(s) minus shipping and return shipping. 


Need to EXCHANGE something?

  1. Follow the instructions above, but mention in the email, that you wish to exchange.
  2. Go ahead and purchase the item you DO want from our website!
  3. Once we get your return, we'll refund you (minus) shipping, and in the meantime, your new order will be shipped out to you
  4. If your exchange purchase is a higher price than your initial purchase (for example, we have a limited promotion running) we will ONLY refund the initial purchase price. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

PLEASE don't just ship your item back - we MUST handle returns this way. If you do ship things back yourself, we WILL have to charge you for shipping, and we can't guarantee a refund on your items. 

  • You can return products (purchased from our site only - in person, and independent retailers excluded) within 14 days of delivery (pre-sale exceptions, final sale exceptions), as long as it still has tags on it, and is unworn, new, pet hair and odor-free. 
  • All orders on out-of-season clearance are FINAL
  • If your initial purchase is at a different price than your exchange purchase (for example, we have a limited promotion running) we will ONLY refund the initial purchase price. 
  • No refunds will be given on sale items, but you may exchange for a different size/style
