If your order doesn't pull up through that link, please follow the instructions below...
- Email us at email@example.com and include the following details:
- Subject line should say: "RETURN REQUEST: Order # (your order # here)"
- Let us know what item(s) from your order you would like to return.
- What is the reason for your return (too small, too big, quality issue, etc.)
- Once your request is submitted and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 1 - 2 business days with further instructions.
- Print the return shipping label you receive from us.
- Package the unworn, unwashed item(s), with the original tags, securely in the original product packaging and attach the return shipping label.
- Give the package to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pick-up. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your item to ship back to us.
Once we receive your return, we'll refund you minus a flat rate of $8 for the return shipping/handling (US only, additional fees may apply for international returns).
