I loved the idea of this dress and was so excited to finally get it. The fabric and colors are amazing and the undershorts are absolute perfection. I have the dress in both colors and wear it all the time, multiple times a week. My small complaints are that there is some minor bunching at the base of the zipper when I’m moving around (maybe a mismatch between garment length and torso length?) and the inner seam where the shorts fabric joins the dress fabric is sometimes a little bit of a sensory struggle for me.
Sizing: I’m 5’7”, athletic 150lbs, 32B(ish), usually wear a small or 4/6 in most brands. Bought this dress in a small, fits true to size.
I have another Do it Dress that I have found to be great for kayaking and rafting. My only complaint is that I have had to order 1-2 sizes larger than normal to get the chest to fit well. I am not particularly large ( 36-38B), yet the small and medium dresses are too compressive in the chest( yet fit elsewhere). I wish there was more room allowed there. With that being said, I have managed by wearing a sports bra underneath to compensate for the large armholes. Keep up the good work; you are a true success story for the American entrepreneur!! And all the items are always very well made. Thank you!
2 years ago the first “Do It” dress came out and I loved it then—every year they make updates that not only improve the fit but the style. As a 36DD-36DDD, this dress is so flattering on me! I bought both XL and L and ended up going with the L and gifting the XL to a coworker. These are so comfortable. I truly don’t have to wear a bra with them, they fit like a glove and flatter my curves. I find they look best when layered with a crop, just add a peep of pattern/color to the zip side. I also love that these are interchangeable and you can wear them with zipper in the front or back, and the zipper is easily accessed from the back. Overall, this year’s 2024 fit is the best yet! Highly recommend! The colors are stunning too!
Q:I have your treasure dress in medium and it’s a perfil fit (no extra room but not so tight it’s gathering at my hips) so would I be a med or large in this dress? Also Are you coming Out with a new one?
