I love this jacket so much. I honestly can’t tell that’s it’s “quirky”. It’s the perfect spring / fall jacket able to tackle wind, rain, sun and even a little snow! I literally have worn it every day since I got it! It’s so comfy! It goes on dog walks with me, stashed in my running backpack if I need a summit jacket, or commuting by bike around town. it’s perfect to throw on with jeans, tights, or shorts! Is there anything this little wonder can’t do?
If quirky means amazing. As always with my Youer purchases people comment and love what I wear. The details and design are perfect. The jacket feels amazing. The hand trim detail is soft and perfect. Quirky must mean perfect. I'm 5'3" 145lbs and it fits perfectly.
I love this anorak SO MUCH. This item is why I love Youer -- Mallory and her team took a trend, added thoughtful details (love the dual pocket design!), and made it their own with the funky prints and rad color blocking. I have worn this to daycare pickup, Teams meetings (I work in geology/environmental engineering), and spring skiing in the PNW with my kids. This piece will be in heavy rotation in my wardrobe for years to come. I don't even notice the "quirks" - it's perfect just the way it is! I hope Youer makes these again next year.
Sizing: I am 5'9" and currently ~165lbs, muscular build, broad shoulders, 37" chest, 31" postpartum waist, and 41" hips. I got a medium and it fits great - I can easily fit a mid layer underneath for spring skiing, and the arms and torso are long enough.
