If exchanging item(s) by MAIL, please click here to start the process. Once that process has been completed, hop back on Kind Apparel’s website and submit a new order for the item(s) you DO want.

If your order doesn't pull up through that link, please follow the instructions below...

  1. Email us at and include the following details:
        - Subject line should say: "EXCHANGE REQUEST: Order # (your order # here)"
        - Let us know what item(s) from your order, you would like to return.
        - What is the reason for your return (too small, too big, quality issue, etc.)
  2. As soon as your request is submitted and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for us to review and authorize your return request.
  3. Hop back on Kind Apparel’s website and submit a new order for the item(s) you DO want.
  4. Print the return shipping label you receive from us and attach it to the return package.
  5. Package the unworn, unwashed item(s), with the original tags, securely in the original product packaging.
  6. Give the package to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pick-up. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your item to ship back to us.
Once we receive your return, we'll refund you minus a flat rate of $8 for the return shipping/handling (US only, additional fees may apply for international returns). In the meantime, your new order will be shipped out to you.

PLEASE avoid shipping your item(s) back without using our shipping label. If you do ship things back yourself, we WILL have to charge you for shipping, and we can't guarantee a refund on your items.
